One-off Bookings
Please follow these steps if you would like to book our hall.
Our current prices are £20/hour and the Ashton room can booked for an additional £10/hour.
2. Complete a booking form
Tell us who you are and why you want to hire the hall, here's the link to the form.
3. Confirmation
We'll email you to tell you if you can hire the hall and we'll send you an invoice.
4. Pay your deposit
You need to pay at least £20 to secure the booking, this protects us from no-shows.
5. Final Payment
Pay the remainder before the day of your booking.
6. Before the day
We'll email you with details of how to get into the hall and a clearing up checklist.
7. Use the hall
The hall is operated on a self service basis
8 Leave the hall as you found it
Use the checklist we sent you to make sure you don't miss anything.

The church hall premises are not licensed for the sale of alcohol. Any hirer wishing to sell alcohol in the hall or grounds is responsible for applying and paying for an appropriate premises license.
Regular bookings
If you would like to book the hall on a regular basis there are substantial discounts available. Our current price for the main hall is £10.50/hour.
